Sales Director

We’re looking for an experienced manager and business developer with international inter-cultural experience, who’s passionate about gaming, people, and technology to join our rapidly growing company. You will take over, lead and take to the next level our international business team, working remotely from cities in Europe, and you will have an essential role in driving success with existing and new customers globally.

Experience and expertise

  • At least 3 years working in the video games industry with demonstrable knowledge of how the industry works and how to develop new business 
  • Has a track record of 6-7 figure Saas deals
  • Experienced sales leader and manager with a track record delivering against sales targets individually and through a team (5+ people)
  • A good understanding and previous experience in enterprise sales
  • Knowledgeable in value-based/economic values sales in Saas
  • Experience and network to assist in building a sales team
  • Experience managing a pipeline and providing rolling sales forecasts to the business

You will

  • Own the sales target for the company and develop, scale, and manage the sales team to deliver this including pipeline management, qualification, and forecasting
  • Take over a team of 5 people working remotely, recruit new team members for existing or new roles, and develop collaboration and performance-oriented sales culture
  • Review and further develop sales processes and KPIs and track and report performance and leading indicators
  • Drive adoption of CRM and Sales PlayBook by being a role model in using the CRM, as well as by using the CRM in all meetings, reviews, and reporting purposes
  • Represent the company at conferences and other events (70% travelling time)
  • Provide market feedback to senior leadership and product teams
